1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website junojunoarchive.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from Juno Juno Shop AB (“Juno Juno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

  • Juno Juno sells secondhand and vintage items, which are unique and often one of a kind.

  • We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately; however, slight variations in color, texture, and condition may occur.

  • Once a product is sold, it is generally not restocked.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Prices are listed in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Klarna, PayPal). Juno Juno does not store payment card details.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped within 2–8 business days with tracked delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Juno Juno is not liable for delays, losses, or damages during transit. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Online purchases: At this time, Juno Juno cannot accept returns or exchanges for secondhand items purchased online.

  • In-store purchases: We offer a 3-day exchange policy (no refunds), valid for store credit or another item, provided the item is returned in the same condition.

6. Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being abandoned. Juno Juno is not responsible for refunds or reshipment in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Juno Juno Shop AB or used with permission.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Juno Juno Shop AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchased products, except as required by law.

  • Our liability shall never exceed the total amount of your purchase.

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

  • Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Sweden.
