Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination; delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Juno Juno is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages while in transit.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for claims. We will, however, support you in resolving issues whenever possible.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

If a package is refused or not collected due to unpaid customs fees, it will be abandoned by customs. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

If a package is returned to us, we may arrange a reshipment for an additional shipping fee.
