Processing & Handling

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–8 business days after purchase.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • All packages are shipped with tracked delivery.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination; delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, Juno Juno is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages while in transit.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for claims. We will, however, support you in resolving issues whenever possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs upon arrival in the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

  • If a package is refused or not collected due to unpaid customs fees, it will be abandoned by customs. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

  • If a package is returned to us, we may arrange a reshipment for an additional shipping fee.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Juno Juno is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

In-Store Pickup (if applicable)

  • Local customers may have the option of free in-store pickup at our Gothenburg location. Details will be provided at checkout when available.
