Shipping & Delivery (online orders)

All orders ship within 2–8 business days with tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Juno Juno is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Customs & Duties (international orders)

Juno Juno is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs added upon delivery.

If you do not claim or pay for your package at customs, it will be abandoned. We cannot replace, refund, or retrieve abandoned orders.

If a package is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment for a fee.
Returns & Exchanges

Online orders: At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on secondhand items purchased online.

In-store purchases: We offer a 3-day exchange policy (no refunds). Exchanges are valid for another item or store credit, provided the item is returned in the same condition as purchased.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged piece, or if something significantly differs from the description, contact us immediately at Junojunovintage@gmail.com. We will review your case in accordance with consumer protection law.
